Faro
We had to take a three hour train ride to Faro from Lisbon
because this was where we could catch the cheapest flight back to the UK. Faro
is the gateway to Portugal's Algarve beaches which is swarming with relocated
foreigners. Maybe because of the many foreign residents, Faro was the cleanest
city in Portugal that we visited.

Docks
Not much to do in Faro but see the docks... |
|
|
Palms
...and the palm-tree clad waterfront... |
|
|
Boats
...and the harbour with expensive boats... |
|
|
Shopping
...and the small pedestrian streets. You can see the whole town in a couple of hours! |

Last galao
So we spent most of our time in our last Portugese cafe, savoring every drop of our last Portugese galao. |
