Richa
worked in the agri-business department of a consumer goods company. She likes listening
to R&B music, reading classical literature as well as showbiz magazines. She's
now taking a sabbatical while waiting for term to start.
Ronnie
works for the IT department of another consumer goods company. He's been lucky
to have enough frequent flyer miles to take Richa on dates across a couple of
continents. Ronnie is also a weekend photographer & nature
tripper.
Richa and Ronnie went to the same University although they met each other only when they were already working. Richa and Ronnie both love traveling, sharing new experiences, and just being with each other. They both live on coffee. Richa and Ronnie also like watching movies and the occasional TV show (go Kris and Jon!)
:: Lord of the Rings
Richa bought a pair of matching thumb rings in the Chinatown in Sydney as a present for Ronnie. They've both been wearing them ever since. The rings have traveled across five continents: Australia, Asia, North America, South America, and most recently Europe. The rings have also brought their share of distress when their owners thought they had lost them. Ronnie had a couple of close calls. The first was in Cincinnati were he thought he dropped it on the way home from work. After an hour or so of frantic searching, Ronnie found the ring in a sandwich in his fridge! The second was in Camiguin (Philippines). After searching out in the storm, Ronnie found his thumb ring right on top of his bed. Richa thought she had lost her ring inside a hotel. Richa and Ronnie felt so stressed out in these instances that they ended up buying a pair of back up thumb rings.
